ORDERS & SHIPPING

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online at the Track Your Order page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Customers are able to cancel their order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email customer.care@bavlio.com to cancel within the time period.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?

Please contact us at customer.care@bavlio.com and email us your order number, if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
